Seriously, I have heard myself say the same thing at least twenty times this week:
"Britton, remember when Mommy told you that when she asks you to do something she just wants you to do it and not make her ask you 500 times? How about this time you don't make me beg or cry or repeat myself and you just do it, the first time I ask, and I get so excited because you're doing something I've asked you to do and I only had to ask once?"
You can imagine my raging success statistics. And yes, sometimes I do refer to myself in first person.
