On Saturday we decided to stop by the hub's grandma's place for a visit. We hadn't seen her since New Year's Day, and Britton had gotten so much bigger in the meantime. We were treated to a visit with the hub's cousin as well, who was also there. Miss Ashley is a sassy soon-to-be high school graduate who I like a lot. We had a graduation card (and more importantly, a check) waiting at home for her, so we got her address so we can stick it in the mail pronto. Hey, the girl needs beer money for graduation night! I kid, I kid. I of course mean that she can buy textbooks and trail mix. Anywho, we hung out and they got to visit with Britton. Britton in turn showed off her hair bow and newest ability to eat puffs off of the floor. And played her tambourine for all of Granny's neighbors to hear. Good thing most of her neighbors can't hear too well. Good times had by all!

I'm from Virginia. My husband is from Oklahoma, by way of Louisiana and Florida. Our dog Sadie is from Ohio. And we all live in West Virginia. Or at least we did. We moved to Oklahoma again. Not just the three of us - we had our first baby in August 2009. Then we moved to Texas one year later. I don't know where I'm going, but I know where I've been.
